BIBA'S Impending death: A Mathematical Certainty?

Is the writing on the wall? Are we witnessing the first nail being hammered into BIBA's coffin? Ever decreasing numbers and the the lack of member support would suggest so. But this barely grazes the tip of the iceberg. Is there anyway back? One thing is 100% certain! If you choose not to innovate you will inevitably die!
