This position may habe been discussed here before but I could not find it.
browsing through the London Open results I found this position

A 3-ply rolout comes to the wrong conclusion here. Surprisingly to me XGR+ came out with the correct Double/Take advice. Can anyone explain what calculation Extremegammon is doing? If I click on XG+ for the cube decision on which ply does it look for the 21 rolls (on 2- and 3-ply it won't consider the position too good after 66) and even a 3-ply cube and checker-play Rollout comes to the wrong initial Double/Pass.
I always thought that a 3-ply Rollout is superior to XGR+ but maybe I am wrong. I remember Phil Simborg advicing something like XGR+(+) is always the best and you dont need any more Rollouts
