a) Would you attend more tournaments if there were fewer tournaments in the calender? 1

b) Would fewer tournaments in the calender year lead to greater attendance 4

c) Should tournament entry be "cappped"? E.g., 64 players only 8

d) Would you attend more tournaments if the entry fees were much larger 5
