The differences seem big to me. In Snua's position 1's and 2's play in Opponent's home board, there's a spare checker on the 7 point, and all 1-X and 2-X play without breaking the board. In this DQ position #3, only 1's play up, that spare is already buried on the ace point, and 1-6 is the only number that plays without breaking the board.
