7/2* 6/2 is the kind of play that I instinctively am attracted to, but since I've learned that I undervalue priming compared to attacking, I'd try 18/13 6/2* here. It does of course leave more shots, but 1's and 2's are duplicated, the play keeps the six-prime and is pure, and getting hit is unpleasant but not a complete disaster since the six-prime is still intact.

I feel fairly confident that 18/13 6/2* wins more games than 7/2* 6/2. Though perhaps White's extra blot gives Blue enough gammons to compensate.
