13/9 is safe and sound, but unproductive. Making the five strengthens our position quite a bit, but leaves a blot. OTOH, XG would not be happy to break the anchor and leave at least one blot when it has no board and we have the five point made. Even the non-blot-leaving 11 is awkward for XG. I think we should be bold and make the five.
