Microsoft Games "Internet Backgammon"

Has anyone here played recently at "Internet Backgammon" (2009 version) on Microsoft Games? (They are 5 point matches against anonymous opponents without live chat.) Most of the matches I've played there are against people who don't have a clue or people who quit when they're losing, so I'm not recommending it as a place to play. But here's my question: Every now and then I'll have an opponent who really knows what they're doing and probably plays at an expert level. Does anyone else from BGonline occasionally play there?
