I know few of the details and none of the players involved either in the debt deal or the cheating allegations, but my fifty satang says Stick is under no moral, ethical or other obligation to prove anything to anyone. This is not a trial, and even if it were he would be under no obligation to prove anything.

Meanwhile, backgammon is a game of egos, and let's be fair also cheats, but one thing I have learned through >30 years of the game is that egos are susceptible to persuasion that only a cheat could be so much better, or luckier, or more successful, or simply classier than their owner.

The onus remains firmly upon Stick's detractors to present compelling evidence in support of their personal or collective claims. Unless and until that is done a reasonable person should assume they are slinging mud in the hope that some sticks.
