Which Ply ?

It's a 15 pointer, and, I'm winning 14-13(Post Crawford). On 1st roll,let's say I roll 4-1. Other side cubes me now for 2 points- With GNU- under 2ply- it says take-other side wins 49%; with 3ply cube it says pass-other side wins 51%. So, which ply is correct to use for free drop assessments?

The score (after 0 games) is: gnubg 13, sethmoney 14 (match to 15 points, post-Crawford play)
