Play65 changes their rake - lower rake, no rating based

I saw that play65 recently have changed their rake to 6.5% for all single games, matches or dark room games.

This is a very positive change. And also the rating based rake system is removed. That stupid thing with 50% higher rake when rating difference is 200 points and etc. That was very unfair for good players but I am glad it got removed.
