Started match transcriptions

Thought it could be useful with a single thread where people could post that they have started on transcribing a specific match to prevent multiple people using time on the same matches. Reply with enough info on site, year, event, round and players in the reply header to make the match uniquely defined. Before you transcribe something, you just check this thread and realise the work has already been done ;) Again, as long as we don't have a spec for the .xg format, it would be cool if the match files could be shared in txt as well assuming it is not a clear extra hazzle for those using xg.
