USBGF INTERCLUB- TMNBG TAKES COMMANDING LEAD!

In The USBGF National Club Team Championship, Barry Silliman of the They Might Not Be Giants team has defeated Alfred Mamlet of the Beltway Bandits team in the 2nd match of the B-seeds. They are now tied at one match each, as are the A-seeds. They will play again Sunday at 2:00 p.m. EST on GridGammon.

With TMNBG having already won the C-seed set, a win in the final match of the set by either the A or B-seed would make TMNBG the 2012 USBGF INTERCLUB CHAMPIONS!

The two Washington DC Beltway Backgammon Clubs vying for the 2012 USBGF National Interclub Championship: Beltway Bandits - Bob Koca, Alfred Mamlet, Frank Raposa and They Might Not Be Giants - Grant Schneider, Barry Silliman, John Klein. After starting with 42 club teams, the traveling trophy is headed to the Nation’s Capital!
