ok, you answered another thought I had... that being if 2 is too low than what should the break-even point be?

IMO, 6 is way too high. Someone whom averages a 20 PR (someone with just a few lessons at most) will play a 6PR match with some frequency. I would guess at least 1 in 50.

I think getting a newb to run a rack in his/her first two or three hundred attempts would be much more impressive.

At risk of repeating myself, I'm talking at least an 8 ft table that doesn't have pockets wider than my gf's (.)
