What is your opinion?

recent discussions here about when to move up as well as some comments on the ABT facebook page regarding sandbagging lead me to this thread.

for the sake of argument, lets say the entry fee for the open is $200 and the entry fee for the intermediate is $100, would you be more or less likely to enter a tourney where there is only one division (open) but the entry fee is $150? what if it were only $100?

i would especially like to hear from other intermediate/advanced players as to what their opinion is. i purposely left out beginners/novice players as i feel there still is a need for that division to draw newcomers to the game. thanks
