opening ceremony backgammon program

Are there any other specifications other than net framework 2 necessary for the opening ceremony? I tried it on my windows 7, but the 3erd rolls and analyzer would not work as I have net framework 4 which net framework 2 is included with it,but the program did not work because 2 and 4 are together. I am purchasing a second computer which will have net framework 2 installed without 4. This computer will be xp instead of windows 7 as it is able to download 2. My windows 7 would not install 2 separately as a message came up that I have it already.Thank you for any input for people who have opening ceremony.
