Proposition: Which side do you prefer?

The prop is giving 1-1 at start of game-one starts with their 5 point and bar; opponent has ownership of cube at 2. For money, assuming that you are roughly equal or a tad better than opponent, would you rather have the 1-1, or, possession of cube at 2 as a prop to be played out ? And, Why ? Thanks, Seth
