Yes, but if you compared a few top players with him and found that Stick made fewer errors of every size it could be seen as evidence that he was not cheating. On the other hand, if he made, roughly, the same amount of errors up to a certain error size as other top players and then there was a huge drop-off, would that not indicate something else?

I don't think the difference between Stick and the others, PR wise, is that he just never makes a blatant oversight and they do, but if that is the case, it is interesting and could explain his lower PR. It would not explain why he never has a blatant oversight, for which there are at least two explanations.
