opening 41 data, clarification requested

Sorry for parrotting the other Mike, and sorry if this has been brought up earlier.

For unlimited game with Jacoby, the XG opening book has 41S ahead of 41$ by a mere 0.0069, rollouts "Generated by Neil Kazaross on 11/24/2009 using eXtreme Gammon 1.04, 41670 Games rolled with Variance Reduction. Dice Seed: 1 Moves and cube decisions: 4-ply"

Yet on 12/07/2009, Neil posted this rollout with only 25920 trials, same settings as far as I can see and a healthy 0.022 margin.

Is the opening book data correct (apart from the time stamp, perhaps)?
