I seem to have messed this up and I have been killing myslef with numbers. After seeing the results and working with pencil and paper, I am still getting this wrong.

I am working with the numbers for on roll winning: 5 off 22%, 6 off 30%, 7 off 39.5%, 8 off 51%, 9 off 58%, 10 off 69%, 11 off 76.5%, 12 off 83%
It does help that my computer is in the shop and I can not do more than "thorough" with this machine.
Insight appreciated.
