Bots in Jadestone network(Betfair,Paf,Bwin)

You are not the first person to complain about these bots.

But the site has other issues. The flash software is unreliable, and can create any number of exasperating glitches: screen freezes, dice spinning forever while your clock runs, play windows not opening when you are registered for a tournament, and so on. In a 100 euro tournament a while ago my opponent unaccountably stopped playing. His time ran out. But it did not seem that he lost, and I was not sent on to the next round. Suspecting the worst, I took a screen shot. Then another, as a few minutes went by, and another of the tournament lobby, in which it showed that our game was still in progress. Finally, the lobby showed that my opponent, not I, had moved on to the next round. Somehow I had lost on time. I sent the screenshots + narrative to support. They answered thus:

Please also check whether programs running in the background might be accessing the Internet, thus limiting your connection (e.g. chat programs, file-sharing programs and so on).
