XG Mobile Frozen

My XG Mobile (iPad) is frozen with checkers askew and dice AWOL. I can't complete a move or take back a move. If I "Close Current Game", then the application closes. Whenever I start it up (including after rebooting the iPad) I get the same frozen position. Please let me know if you have a solution. Thanks.
