I'd like to get opinions on what you want in a backgammon server?

Please read the following and let me know if you agree, disagree, or can tell me what's missing?

A backgammon server provides a service. Players will evaluate the service and its success will depend on:

1) How easy it is to download the software and connect to the site.
2) How easy it is to register, create an account and deposit money.
3) How they are welcomed to the site – first impressions are very important.
4) Appearance – the look of the site; how it is “decorated”, quality of graphics.
5) How fast and easy is it to get into a game and start playing with someone.
6) How the software functions, its features, options and speed of connection.
7) Cost of playing - what the percentage of the rake is per game, match or to enter a tournament.
8) Security in general which includes control of cheaters using bots.
9) Fairness of random number generator.
10) The ability to save match files.
11) Fairness of the Automatic Match Resolution system.
12) The speed of getting a withdrawal of money.
13) Quality of customer service and technical support.
14) The overall level of reputation it establishes.
