Speed Gammon Time Settings

They are much too generous imo, people will soon catch up to the fact that 10 seconds per move enables them to play almost at normal speed.

Suggestion : 8 seconds per move, same timebank as before (24 second per point per player).

Even 7 seonds per move should be considered.
