Backgammon Server - Ratings or Not

Looking for opinions - what do you prefer on a backgammon server?

1) Players should have ratings.

2) Players should not have ratings.

3) Have a room where everyone plays rated and another where neither the players' ratings nor their nicknames' are displayed.
