How many EPC adjustments do you really need?

I've recorded over 20 EPC adjustments but I still got this horribly wrong. Its not that crazy to conceive there's more of them out there waiting to be discovered but that's not the issue that concerns me most. My investigations have led me to believe these adjustments often conflict with one another.

Take a stab at estimating the EPC in the position below and while your at it, does blue have a Double & White a Take? What's your final estimation%?
