Proving Backgammon is a Game of Skill

In Response To: Adding Backgammon to Proposed Legisation for Online Poker. (Perry Gartner)

The key point the letter needs to make is that backgammon is a game of skill. What is your best argument? The Poker Players Alliance has prepared White Papers, expert testimony and other documents over several years to support their "skill" arguments.

As Chair of the USBGF Legislative Committee, I suggested to Perry that USBGF needs to get a letter in by next week because there is a strong possibilty that Senators Reid and Kyl will try to pass the legislation during the current lame duck session before the end of the year (before Senator Kyl retires, Jake).
