Question regarding correct doubles

If you are playing someone who always takes a double no matter what, do you continue to play doubles that are technically correct, or do you hold back?

There is an opponent I have played online a couple times and they take every single double I offer. I recently got burned on a double six joker on the very last roll, resulting in a 3 point swing. Computer says double/pass and the take was a huge blunder, but I got burned. Do I alter my playing style with this person?
