Sub heading, Value of a Pip

Between 70% & 80% cubeless, the value of a pip is worth 2%. For some reason I had 1.6.

The 11-7, correction 11-4 refers to E-Pips (The Metric Formula, Merrigan 2011) White needs a minimum of 4 pips to bear in to the 6pt and Blue needs 11 pips. The value of an E-Pip (Efficiency Pip) in the outfield is worth 0.21 of a pip. As Blue has 7 more outfield pips his penalty is 7 * 0.21 = 1.47/2 = 0.74 of a pips. I'd still round up to a pip here.
