Entering with the 5 gives you a start on an advanced anchor. This could be important in case White covers his 4pt. In addition, coming in on the 20pt challenges White in the outfield. White may have trouble making his 4pt and cleaning up his outside blot at the same time. With the 1, I like pushing up to the 23pt, putting pressure on White’s 8pt. If White breaks his 8pt to hit or cover, Blue should get a direct return shot.

Match score is not a factor. I would make this play at this score, or for money.
