Personally I do rollouts as a mean to understand a position better. I find the comparison of winning/gammon/backgammon percentages of the top moves much more helpful in this pursuit. The comparison of similar overall equities between top moves does not help me to understand a position. But maybe you learn differently, unfortunately JSD = 0.119.
