Assuming opp doesn't enter all four, 4/1, 4/3 leaves a shot next turn on 25/36 rolls (i.e. any roll that doesn't contain an ace). 3/0, 3/2 leaves a shot on 12/36 (all aces except 11 and 21, plus 33, 44, 55, 66). I can't imagine how looking farther down the road could change this.
