Poker vs. backgammon on TV

When it's the turn of a player with cube access, the player rolls the dice, peeks at them, and then has the option to double. The opponent must take or drop without getting to see the dice. (Of course the TV audience will get to see the dice.)

Or we could have the players play over a giant shark tank and anytime someone fails to enter from the bar a trap door opens and the player falls into the tank and has to defend himself from ferocious man-eating sharks with laser beams.

If we're going to change the game to make it TV friendly, we might as well do it right. (c:
