Turkey is a beautiful country, culturally and historically interesting, and Turkish people are generally speaking very friendly. I traveled 3-4 times to Turkey during the past year for work, and I am happy with the experiences and made some good friends.

I believe the tourney is in the Yesilkoy part of Istanbul, which is full of smaller boutique hotels as well as the larger ones, and a nice part of town close to the sea (but that last point is true for most of Istanbul). It is close to the airport. Speaking of flying, Turkish Airlines is a very good airline, in the class of, say, Lufthansa.

I hope to fit this one in my schedule.
