I'd hit and make the 16 point, instead of cleverly duplicating 3's and 2's, which would give Opp 4 hitting returns at our two blots, and 2-5 and 4-3 to enter and run. Since even an unimproved four-prime is strong, I don't think reducing it to a three prime while approximately doubling the numbers that make a five point board is enough compensation.
