In the preceding post, S (Split) was incorrectly described as follows: S (Split) is an areal family. In a roll of non-doublets, its members move the larger die on the far side, and play down (i.e., to or within the outer board) with the smaller. I should have said: S (Split) is an areal family. In a roll of non-doublets, its members move the larger die on the far side, and play into the outer board (from the opponent’s outer board) with the smaller die.
