Number of games to establish two players have equal skill

Players A and B play money games (with Jacoby) against each other. After playing n games, the result is dead even.

The question: what is the value of n that allows us to say that Player A and Player B have equal skill, with 95% confidence (or, while we are at it, 99% and 99.5%).
