Bad Resignations show up in PR?

If you make a bad resignation, does it affect your PR in XG? One of my opponents in New Jersey resigned a gammon here:





White is Some Guy

score: 1
pip: 79
9 point match
pip: 2
score: 2

Blue is Jason Lee

White on roll, resigns a gammon.

eXtreme Gammon Version: 2.03

By the way, I accepted the resignation without comment.
