I'd try 10/4. This slots a good point, does not open up a new blot, and if we get hit we have more chances to anchor up. 21/15 blots in front of the stack, 13/7 is an additional blot.

I agree.

13/7 does have a couple more missing rolls resulting in superior position but 44 and 66 are killer rolls so I don't think it's enough compensation.
