I'd also make the ace, but this is far from clear. 13/7 slots a key point and keeps spares, a lot of compensation for not putting your opp on the bar against a 3.5 point board. Also, after 6/1* 2/1, our covers break the 8.

I'll go with the tactical gains from making the ace here but am not sure.
