The candidates I see are 16/11, 16/15 8/4, 16/15 6/2, and 6/1*. I don't like 16/11 because it doesn't seem to accomplish much. I would try 6/1* hoping to force White forwards. It duplicates White's 1's and if it works then we get room to dump checkers behind White's anchor as we try to bring our checkers home safely and preserve our racing lead. The downside is that it leaves two blots and more shots than the other two plays, but the upside of 6/1* seems worth the risk to me.
