Huge mistakes

Need more examples about huge mistakes during tournament matches: checkers bei bearoff are putting on the bar, playing without one or two checkers etc.

Is anybody knows about misterious match of Rumke in Instanbul and can explain this history? Another case with dice in Monte-Carlo?
