Cube provocation

I remember reading somewhere (Kleinman?) that "cube provocation" was originally a pejorative term, used before it was widely appreciated that a cube provocation play might actually be the best play. If this is true then it explains why the term is used in two different senses, and it's not necessarily the result of a misapplication.

If a disambiguating adjective is needed (and I'm not sure it ever is) then simply "proper" could be used when the play is correct.
