At first I didn't understand what happened. After I understood I wondered if you were joking. (I'm still wondering a bit.)

IMO, regardless of what rule set is in effect ("legal moves" or "illegal moves"), the game is over, the match is over, and Blue won. If Blue was intentionally trying to be an a-hole and rub salt in White's wounds, then director should deal with that separately.

If there is a director (even club director) anywhere on the planet who would rule otherwise then s/he should state that here so that players can use this info to decide whether or not to risk attending one of his/her events.

In addition, if there is a player who, as White, would raise an objection (other than for opp being a jerk as mentioned above) then s/he should also go public so other know to watch out for him/her.
