I am rephrasing Tenland's question based on your Rollouts and as I understand it:

"Why is the equity difference between the top 2 plays the same in the 2 positions above. I would expect the equity difference to be bigger in the first position because the prime structure there is more effective and blue's timing is better for a priming plan. Also in the first position blue's race lead is smaller so starting to run with 24/22 should be less effective."

My own answer: In the second position as you noticed blue has a less effective priming structure. This means that white has better prospects in a priming battle. Therefore 24/22 is more necessary for blue to avoid being primed. Also blue's gameplan is more blitzing oriented in the second position and I guess this make the need for an advanced anchor bigger.

But I am not confident and would like to hear as well the opinion of someone more experienced.
