With only your rollout to link to, this is not much of an index. Still, I am calling it one so that a search for "Index to Rollouts" will find this and all my similar posts of other positions.

It is interesting to note that XG Roller++ gets this one, but that the very similar 360-trial GnuBg trunc does not.
