legal moves

I have been thinking for some time that legal moves may be a better option, I have been asking for opinion on another BG games site and there seems to be little downside. However as I will be TD at the tournament I want to get it right , perhaps some players with experience of this system could give an opinion and also point out any problems I may encounter. thanks John
