I'm not sure I understand what your question is. Let's start by stating the obvious. There are many positions for which the many-away-many-away play is not the same as the DMP play. Stick knows this and would not disagree. We've had plenty of examples on the forum here recently.

I assume you know this as well? It's such an obvious fact that I think Chase and I and others are having trouble believing that you don't also know it. But the way you keep coming back to this point makes me wonder, so at the risk of insulting your intelligence, I'm asking you now point-blank. Do you realize that there are many positions for which the many-away-many-away play is not the same as the DMP play?

All Stick is saying is that the DMP play and the many-away-many-away play coincide more often than most players think. He's not saying that they always coincide.
