What kind of behaviour should we tolerate at a tournament - Beltway ABT example

I know both players involved, but I'm not going to ID them. I didn't see or hear any of the tussle, but I talked to people involved and who witnessed the event.
Player A - makes some sort of illegal move or strange checker play. Then denies it and lies to cover it up.
I believe (just opinion) this is a gross mischaracterization of what actually happened. I'm not saying you (Finneran) are lying... just that you got the story skewed.
Player A apparently has a reputation for being disruptive and irritating to many others.
Now I actually have a real beef with this. This is really far afield. You may have heard this, I can't comment on that, but I know Player A fairly well, and I have NEVER heard any such nonsense.
Player B - loudly objects and the director is called. The manner in which player B objects is perceived by many as very loud, rude, disrespectful to both player A as well as anyone within earshot (most of the tournament room could hear it).
Here's my response, and I wouldn't hesitate:
Dear Player B -- Here's your tournament entry fee. Get the f*** out of my tournament, and don't ever come back.
Alright, just so it's clear, I don't have a problem with Finneran... he's reporting what he heard and his impressions. I don't think he colored his report with any personal feelings. I'm just saying that his impression of Player A and what actually took place is probably wrong. And to be fair -- I didn't witness any of it, so you take what I have to say at face value. Finneran was at least in the room.
