A few comments:

  • Player A lifted the dice prior to putting a hit checker on the bar
  • Player A did not deny lifting the dice. Player A repeatedly stated "I started to pick up the dice..." This is the statement that led Player B to accuse Player A of lying. When asked, Player A always admitted that the dice did leave the playing surface
  • The illegal play resulted in one checker of each color on the same point.
