I don't think running is the right idea here when we're so far behind in the race. I'd play 10/4 6/4, building a board in preparation for a deep-anchor holding game. If we had a good solo 6 then I'd consider using the 2 to move one of our rear checkers, but we don't have a good solo 6. And anyway, getting an advanced anchor is relatively less important at DMP since gammon losses don't hurt any worse than ordinary losses.
